General Update

Hello all Readers & Writers,

Now that the summer is dwindling (odd one that it was) and autumn is taking over, there are only 4 weeks until the next Pages deadline...that's right Sept 30th is just round the corner so all those who like to procrastinate cease all non-activity immediately and get that story in the post!

Here are the full details and guidelines for all those who have forgotten:

The Prizes are 1st £60.00 2nd £40.00 3rd £20.00, and the winning story will be published on this blog, and all three winners plus three runners up will be published in The Pages Anthology and receive one free copy each.

Entry fee: £4.00 Each additional entry: £2.00 Indepth critique: £2.00

Stories can be on any subject and in any genre (except children's), and should be no longer than 4,000 words and be typed doubled spaces on white A4 paper. Previously published work will be accepted. Acovering letter with full contact details and a short biography should be included in your submission, and providing SAE accompanies each entry, a basic critique will be included with the returned story to provide feedback and advice where applicable. If detailed and indepth critique is required, enclose an additional £2 per entry. Enclose a SAE postcard if confirmation that your entry has been received is needed.
